  2. Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund upon verifying the discrepancy.

Return Process

  • Return Authorization: After reviewing your case, we will provide a return authorization and instructions on returning the item.
  • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it, and if it meets the criteria for a return, we will process the refund or send a replacement.
